Tias helped me to locate my house within my price range and preferred area. I never felt like I was intruding when asking him on late notice to go to an open house or asking basic questions about the process. Once I found the one I wanted, his knowledge of the market allowed us to submit a competitive offer and negotiate things such as a new roof and additional money back to complete fixes to the house.
